International Career Development Conference - April 5-8, 2025 - San Francisco
The deadline to register is March 7, 2025, at 11:59 pm*
- Must attend on-site state meeting at 7:30 pm to receive conference registration materials.
- Michigan Collegiate DECA Members must be qualified at State CDC.
- Must pay their dues before February 1, 2025.
- Registration must be submitted through your chapter advisor to the state office.
Cost (5 nights), 1 per room - $1,660 an individual
Cost (5 nights), 2 per room - $910 per person
Cost (5 nights), 3 per room - $660 per person
Cost (5 nights), 4 per room - $535 per person
Cost (4 nights), 1 per room - $1355 an individual
Cost (4 nights), 2 per room - $755 per person
Cost (4 nights), 3 per room - $555 per person
Cost (4 nights), 4 per room - $455 per person
**If your school requires 2 people per room, a letter from your administrator is required.
The conference registration fee will be included in the housing cost due to the way housing will be handled this year. Registration is by chapter and must be submitted on the official spreadsheet.

ALL HOTEL RESERVATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE NATIONAL OFFICE - SUBMISSION OF YOUR ROOM LIST MUST BE COMPLETED BY MARCH 13th to the state office for processing!
State Career Development Conference
The State Career Development Conference will be held February 7-9, 2025, in Bay City, Michigan at the Double Tree.
The cost is $350 for each person based on housing with two in a room.
Advisors' cost is $350 for a king room, all family and guests must be registered on housing.
The fee for guest meals is $40.

Conference Policies
Please review event guidelines as several changes have been made!
- REGISTRATION IS $350 for TWO in a ROOM.
- The housing list is due mid-January! Additional charges may be incurred for rooms secured after our housing list is due. Thank you.
- Students may register for one individual event and one team event. If you need a better understanding of which events, please let me know.
- UPDATED POLICY: Any event with fewer than 5 participants may not be held. If we hold the event, you must score above 70% to qualify for ICDC, and only medals will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued once we finalize our numbers with the hotel.
- Dues must be submitted and paid or processed with payment pending to the national office before February 1, 2024.
- Students and Advisors are required to stay at the conference property.
- Professional Dress: Business suit or professional attire. No jeans, sweatpants, shirt shirts, t-shirts, no tennis shoes.
Dress Casual: Polo, dress shirt, pants, skirt, and kakis are acceptable. No jeans, sweatpants, shirt shirts, t-shirts, no tennis shoes.
Causal wear: Jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and sweatpants. No club wear that shows mid-sections or could be deemed inappropriate for business.
